Our range of analyses in the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 accredited area includes the determination of bacteria, yeasts and molds in food by means of cultural microbiological testing. We also offer the detection of Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (STEC) and Salmonella in food using PCR. We also determine the surface microbial content on equipment and consumer goods along the food chain. Our services also include sampling and microbiological testing in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance.
