The Institut für Materialprüfung Glörfeld GmbH has stood for precise analysis of a wide range of materials in the inorganic sector for over 40 years and is renowned throughout Europe for its precise precious metal analysis.

The focus is on the chemical analysis of ores, metals and recycling materials of all kinds, especially the determination of the precious metal content of gold (Au), silver (Ag), platinum (Pt), palladium (Pd), rhodium (Rh), iridium (Ir), ruthenium (Ru), rhenium (Re) and osmium (Os). Analyses are also carried out for copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), lead (Pb), antimony (Sb), arsenic (As), bismuth (Bi), tantalum (Ta), cadmium (Cd) and molybdenum (Mo).
