With its own DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025:2018 accredited laboratory, Bio Power Service GmbH has been your experienced partner for the safe and economical operation of biogas plants since 2006. Our modern laboratory analysis creates the basis for stable processes, high gas yields and sustainable use of resources.

We analyze input materials – from energy crops to liquid manure and waste materials – as well as fermentation substrates and fermentation residues from biogas plants. We use regular control analyses to monitor the biological stability in the fermenter. Early warning indicators make it possible to detect faults in good time and avoid performance losses. With comprehensive nutrient and trace element analyses, we create the basis for targeted supplementation. This serves to stabilize the microbiology and leads to a consistently high energy yield. Are feedstocks suitable for utilization in biogas plants? To assess the residual gas potential or whether feedstocks can lead to inhibition of the process, we use batch fermentation tests. The monitoring of surface water during the operation of biogas plants is relevant in the context of water protection. In this area, we support our customers with trained samplers and accredited COD analysis.

Our biogas consultants provide practical and independent advice on optimal biological process management. Our consultants also offer gas camera inspections to locate gas leaks and thus make an important contribution to emission protection at the plants. The gas analyses provide exact values for methane and hydrogen sulphide to ensure that the plants operate efficiently and technical components remain protected. We also support our customers in building up their knowledge through in-house process biology training and safety training in accordance with TRGS 529 and TRAS 120.
